In this guided course, you will learn the basics of distilling and how gin is made. You will then craft a unique gin recipe from scratch, selecting all the herbs, botanicals, fruits, vegetables, etc... for your recipe. Your unique recipe will be combined into a 2L pilot still where you will literally distill your own gin! At the end of the class, you'll be able to walk out the door with a bottle of gin that you personally crafted!

Each distilling station can accommodate 1 or 2 people and you will produce a single 375 mL bottle of gin.
